The first impression of Marc Gröszer's work is that he is primarily a draughtsman, an old master of his craft. The mediums upon which he draws are often found objects that have moved him artistically. Marc Gröszer creates out of these found pictorial surfaces a unity that interchanges and comes together in drawing. His work shows a world which appears to be ruled by chaos and violence, but also one we meet with an ironic smile.
